ESTIMATOR

As an Estimator, you will engage in a multitude of responsibilities from performing material take-offs, reviewing bid documents, to preparing accurate estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects. The Estimator will be working closely with the Project Management Team in the preparation of estimates, project initiation and planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interpreting construction drawings and specifications
  • Interfacing with clients
  • Utilizing estimating software, and expanding software capabilities
  • Manage working documents
  • Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality, and availability of materials
  • Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers
  • Act as support work closely with the Project Management Team as required
