PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager (PM) will oversee the execution of the project assigned. The PM is directly accountable for the successful project outcomes including complete client satisfaction, project profitability, and ongoing management and development of existing and new client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the project plan and schedule, and ensures compliance with budget and quality, reporting to the Project Management team

  • Proactively manages potential problems, work interferences, and schedule conflicts/setbacks

  • Assist the estimation team with providing quotes and breakdown of materials

  • Review and understand the contract and subcontracts, ensure budgets, forecasts, and profitability levels are met

  • Maintain project administration correspondence and complies with documentation requirements

  • Prepare project start up documents

  • Maintain and update RFI, SI, COs, CCNs, etc.

  • Coordinates with external vendors on schedule, security access and site logistics

  • Assist with shop drawing review and coordination

  • Communicate effectively with trades and ensures that performance, productivity, quality, and safety requirements are met.
